These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alsoft Beauty website (alsoftbeauty.com) and any purchase you make through it. By browsing our site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Who We Are

Alsoft Beauty is an online retailer and reseller of skincare, sun-protection and hair-care products in Pakistan. Except where a product is explicitly stated to be manufactured by us, we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Product descriptions, ingredients, directions and benefit claims are prepared from the packaging and information supplied by the relevant manufacturer or distributor. Packaging, formulations and manufacturer claims may change without notice — always check the label of the product you actually receive before use.

Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, sizes and prices accurate and up to date, but errors can occur.
Product images are for illustration; actual packaging, color or size may vary slightly due to manufacturer changes or photography limitations.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Skincare and hair-care results vary between individuals. If you have a skin condition, allergy, are pregnant, or are undergoing medical treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a new product. Pricing and Pricing Errors

- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
- In the event of a pricing error (for example, a technical or clerical mistake that results in an incorrect price being displayed), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment already made, or to contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, before the order is dispatched.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full to our courier partner at the time of delivery.

Delivery

We currently deliver to nationwide.
Estimated dispatch time is 1-2 business days and estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping charges, if any, and the free-shipping threshold (currently PKR 2500) are shown at checkout.
Risk in the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information you provided.
